Abstract:
Provided are an apparatus for detecting the maximum deformation of a workpiece in four-axis CNC machine-tool processing, and a detection method thereof; the detection apparatus comprises a top (1), a connecting rod (2), a second support body (3), a first displacement detection unit (4), a first support body (5), a controller (6), a base (10), and a second displacement detection unit (12); one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the top, and the other end is fixedly connected to the first support body; the second support body is located between the top and the first support body, and is fixedly connected to the connecting rod; the bottom of the second support body is connected to the base by means of an elastic member (13); the bottom of the first support body is connected to the base by means of a rotary shaft (9); the support height of the first support body is the same as that of the second support body; the first displacement detection unit is located between the first support body and the second support body, and is fixedly connected to the connecting rod; the second displacement detection unit is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second support body. The apparatus and method are used primarily for detecting the maximum deformation of a workpiece in machine tool processing, solving the existing problem, when processing a workpiece, that the radial deformation generated by the workpiece cannot be measured.
