Abstract:
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a method performed by a distributed unit (DU) (e.g., included in a 5G or 6G system) may comprise the steps of: receiving a control message from a radio access network (RAN) intelligent controller (RIC), the control message including control information for controlling data radio bearer (DRB) allocation in each network slice; identifying single network slice selection assistance information (S-NSSAI) of one or more DRBs from a request message for configuration of the one or more DRBs of a terminal; and configuring, on the basis of the control information, the number of allocable DRBs in a network slice corresponding to the S-NSSAI.
