Abstract:
This apparatus for forming a hydroxyapatite-containing thin film comprises: a sputtering device for forming, on the surface of an object by sputtering, a thin film of a material containing an antibacterial metal and hydroxyapatite; and a hydrothermal synthesis device for performing hydrothermal treatment using an alkali solution on the object on which the thin film has been formed.
