The present invention provides: a prism for manufacturing a diffractive optical element comprising a photoreactive material-attached surface, and a light reflecting surface inclined at a predetermined angle from the photoreactive material-attached surface; an apparatus for manufacturing a diffractive optical element that comprises the prism and a light source positioned opposite the prism with respect to a photoreactive material attached to the photoreactive material-attached and configured to irradiate light toward the photoreactive material; and a method for manufacturing a diffractive optical element.
