Abstract:
Proposed in the present invention are an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a thin-film shielding film of an air-pressurized tungsten powder filling process technology using a curved reflector, wherein the apparatus comprises: a curved reflector on which a film to be manufactured as a thin-film shielding film is disposed; a shielding material spraying unit for spraying tungsten nanopowder onto the front of the film disposed on the curved reflector; and an adhesive resin spraying unit for dispersing a resin formed of an adhesive material for stable fixation of the film together with the shielding material spraying unit, such that the reproducibility of shielding performance according to the manufacturing process can be ensured by a new dispersion technology of the shielding material by which the particles of the tungsten nanopowder are evenly dispersed through the structure of the curved reflector and through air flow.
