Abstract:
This production method uses a feed device 3 for feeding crushed fibers F, a first drum 1 that adsorbs the fibers to an outer circumferential part 10 and is provided with a first area α1 on which the fibers are stacked, and a second drum 2 that adsorbs the fibers to an outer circumferential part 20 and that is provided with second areas α2 each smaller than the first area α1, the production method comprising: a step for forming thick parts C2 on the second drum 2 by stacking the fibers F fed from the feed device 3 in the second area α2; a step for arranging the thick parts C2 at prescribed locations in the first area α1; and a step for forming a thin part C1 in the first area α1 on the first drum 1 by stacking the fibers F fed from the feed device 3 around the thick parts C2 while the thick parts C2 are arranged on the first area α1.
