Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for proposing an optimal biomarker analysis method based on multi-information analysis. The present method may comprise the steps of: receiving digital image information about a tissue embedded in paraffin and storage information about the tissue; calculating, on the basis of the digital image information and the storage information, the amount of paraffin sections that can be extracted from the tissue; calculating the amount of nucleic acids required for each of a plurality of tests; determining, on the basis of the calculated amount of paraffin sections and the calculated amount of nucleic acids, whether at least one of the plurality of tests is successful; and selecting, on the basis of a determination result of each of the plurality of tests, an optimal test from among the plurality of tests for the tissue.
