Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus for protecting interference between a hydraulic support and a shearer cutting part. The apparatus comprises plurality of dustproof boxes uniformly fixedly arranged on the surface of the side of the traction part of a shearer facing away from a coal wall, and a dustproof case fixed on the hydraulic support. An ultrasonic transducer I and a flash lamp are fixed in each dustproof box. An ultrasonic transducer II, a receiver, and a data processing module are fixed in the dustproof case. The data processing module is electrically connected to the ultrasonic transducer II and the receiver, the ultrasonic transducer I and the flash lamp are electrically connected to an external single-chip microcomputer, and the data processing module is electrically connected to a hydraulic support control computer. The distance between the shearer and the hydraulic support is calculated according to the time difference between the ultrasonic signal and the optical signal respectively received by the ultrasonic transducer II and the receiver on the hydraulic support, thus controlling the folding of a guard plate in due time. The advantages such as low costs, high adaptability, and high reliability are provided. Also disclosed is a using method.
