Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for providing a location-based service using indoor positioning. The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for providing a location-based service using indoor positioning, which provides a location-based service to a user terminal when an event corresponding to event rule information occurs by performing a preset operation corresponding to each event on the basis of positioning-related information received from a positioning device.
