Abstract:
The present invention provides an apparatus and method for providing object-oriented personalized broadcasting, and a medium in which metadata therefor is stored. An apparatus for providing object-oriented personalized broadcasting according to an aspect of the present invention comprises a database including at least one piece of first metadata and at least one piece of second metadata which are TV-Anytime metadata for a content, wherein the first metadata includes information on the content, the second metadata includes information in units of segments for each object included in the content, and the segment is a unit including frames for each camera, from a start frame in which each object appears in the content to an end frame in which the corresponding object disappears from the content.
