Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to an operation method of a terminal for performing handover considering battery efficiency in a wireless communication system, and the operation method may comprise the steps of: receiving, from a first base station, measurement configuration information including information related to a probability distribution model for candidate RATs; transmitting, to the first base station, a measurement report including signal quality values for the candidate RATs; receiving a handover command message from the first base station; and after accessing a second base station indicated by the handover command message, transmitting, to the second base station, information related to an update of the probability distribution information.
