Abstract:
An apparatus and method for testing change in resistance value of a solder joint, relating to the technical field of solder joint testing. In the apparatus, a first conductive line (111) is connected to a first node (121); a second conductive line (112) is connected to a second node (122); a plurality of third resistors (133) are connected in parallel between the first node (121) and a third node (123), or, the first node (121) is directly connected to the third node (123); the second node (122) and the third node (123) are both connected to a solder joint to be tested (134); one end of a first resistor (131) is connected to the first node (121), and the other end of the first resistor (131) is connected to a fourth node (124); one end of a second resistor (132) is connected to the second node (122), and the other end of the second resistor (132) is connected to the fourth node (124); an ammeter (140) is configured to measure a current flowing through the first conductive line (111); a voltmeter (150) is connected between the third node (123) and the fourth node (124).
