A system for a parking lot comprises output means provided in a vehicle and adapted to check for trouble with the vehicle and produce a message describing the trouble; transmitting means provided in a parking lot and adapted to send the message to the owner of the vehicle associated with the identification signal; and receiving means provided on the owner side and adapted to receive the message given by the transmitting means.
