Abstract:
An apparatus for perforating a food material according to the present invention comprises: a body having a receiving space in which a food material is received; a perforator for perforating the food material by inserting a plurality of perforation blades into the body; a perforation guide unit having a plurality of perforation guide holes which are positioned within the body so as to guide the movement direction of the plurality of perforation blades; and a cover for selectively covering the receiving space, the cover having, on one side thereof, a plurality of cutting guide units which are perforated in parallel so as to guide an external cutting blade into the receiving space.
