Abstract:
An apparatus for preparing a sewage/wastewater coagulant, and the sewage/wastewater coagulant and a preparation method therefor. The apparatus for preparing the sewage/wastewater coagulant is provided with an atomization mixing reactor (12) and a column reactor (8), so that high-speed and high-pressure collision type instantaneous reaction of copper smelting waste slurry containing ferrosilicon micro powder and concentrated sulfuric acid is implemented in a vortex spraying form, and then a solid-state coagulant containing 7-9 crystal water molecules is obtained, thus the prepared coagulant has a relatively good treatment effect of reducing harmful pollutants such as CODMn, CODCr, BOD5, and Kjeldahl nitrogen non-ionic ammonia in sewage and wastewater, and no waste gas, wastewater or waste residues exists in the whole continuous production process. Meanwhile, the problems that the ferrosilicon micro powder can only form pasty substances under a general condition, and denaturation can be caused after drying treatment are avoided.
