Abstract:
An apparatus for processing a wire handle of a water bucket. An arc-shaped surface (2011) of an arc-shaped block (201) is configured to protrude forward, and a middle portion of the arc-shaped surface (2011) is flattened to form a clearance surface (2013) for providing clearance for a middle grip (501) of a wire handle of a water bucket. Forwardly extending positioning plates (2014) are provided at junctions where the clearance surface (2013) and the arc-shaped surface (2011) are joined, such that a plane in which the positioning plates (2014) are located is perpendicular to the clearance surface (2013). Press molds (204) cooperating with the positioning plates (2014) are provided, such that the press molds (204) are slidably provided at an upper surface of an operating platform (100). After bending has been performed to form a semicircular member (502) and hooks (503), the press molds (204) move toward the positioning plates (2014) and cooperate with the positioning plates (2014) to perform bending so as to form position-limiting portions (504) at two ends of the grip (501). The above arrangement enables the apparatus for processing a wire handle of a water bucket to perform bending to form a semicircular member (502), hooks (503) and position-limiting portions (504) on a wire handle in one operation. The apparatus has a simple structure, is convenient to use, and has high efficiency and favorable consistency.
