Abstract:
According to the present invention, a conveyor frame (8) is disposed at the bottom of the outlet (5) of a noodle-making machine (2), conveying rollers (10) provided with a conveyor belt (12) are installed on the conveyor frame (8), the conveying rollers (10) are configured with two inner shafts (24a) and two outer shafts (24b), the inner shafts (24a) of the conveying rollers (10) are axially connected to a reduction motor, a controller (16) for controlling the rotational speed of the reduction motor (14) is installed on the conveyor frame (8), and the outer shafts (24b) of the conveying rollers (10) are connected to a cam (18) so as to enable the conveyor belt (12) to move laterally along a certain width, wherein undulations are imparted to the straight noodles that are discharged from the noodle-making machine (2) so as to form ramen noodles (4) due to the conveying speed of the conveyor belt (12), which is controlled by the controller (16) and the lateral movement of the conveyor belt (12), such that the apparatus may be attached onto an existing noodle-making machine so as to simply manufacture ramen noodles (4), and the interval and shape of the undulations in the ramen noodles (4) can be freely controlled.
