Abstract:
Provided is an apparatus for reducing a radiation quantity, wherein noise (electromagnetic waves) radiated from electromagnetic wave generating sources, such as an electronic circuit, can be more effectively and easily suppressed at low cost. An apparatus (100) for reducing a radiation quantity has a plurality of slits (SA-SD), which are formed in strip shapes in a cover region (Ar) set within the surface of a metal plate (10) that can entirely cover at least one surface of an electromagnetic wave generating source (R) and are spaced apart from each other.  The slits (SA-SD) respectively have lead-in slits (S1A-S1D), which are formed to extend from ferromagnetic field positions (BA-BD) toward the center (O) of the cover region, and coupling slits (S2A-S2D), which are formed to extend in parallel to other slits from the end portions of the lead-in slits in the cover region center direction.
