Disclosed are an apparatus for repairing poor appearance and a repairing method, wherein the apparatus comprises: a mobile platform (110) and at least one repairing mechanism (111) located above the mobile platform (110), wherein each of the repairing mechanisms (111) comprises at least one sub-repairing mechanism (112), with each of the sub-repairing mechanisms (112) comprising a first moving portion (4), a second moving portion (5) and a repairing portion (6); the mobile platform (110), which is used for supporting a device to be repaired (3), moves in a first direction to drive the device to be repaired (3) to move in the first direction; the first moving portion (4) is used for moving in a second direction to drive the repairing portion (6) to move in the second direction, with the second direction perpendicularly intersecting the first direction; the second moving portion (5) is used for moving in a third direction to drive the repairing portion (6) to move in the third direction, with the third direction being perpendicular to the plane where the first direction and the second direction are located; and the repairing portion (6) is used for repairing the device to be repaired (3). The apparatus increases the repair production and the success rate of repair, and thus is adapted to the needs of large-scale automated production.
