Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for sterilizing the rootstock- and scion-cutting blades of a grafting robot, the apparatus being capable of sterilizing the rootstock- and scion-cutting blades of the grafting robot by forming liquid disinfectant drops, thereby preventing the infection and spread of a virus. To this end, the apparatus for sterilizing the blades of a rootstock- and scion-cutting apparatus, which cuts a rootstock and a scion supplied from rootstock and scion supply apparatuses installed on the base of the grafting robot for automatically grafting the scion onto the rootstock, is characterized by comprising: liquid disinfectant storage containers, which are installed on one side of respective fixed frames so as to allow the upward approach of the blades according to the rotation of rotating bodies, and the upper side of which is open, and which have a liquid disinfectant stored therein; and compressed air supply pipes, which communicate with the bottom of the respective liquid disinfectant storage containers, supply compressed air thereinto, and allow the formation of the drops at the top thereof and the sterilization of the approaching blades by the drops, the rootstock- and scion-cutting apparatus comprising: the fixed frames positioned on one side of the respective rootstock and scion supply apparatuses and vertically fixed on the base of the grafting robot; the rotating bodies, which are installed on the fixed frames and rotate so as to cut the rootstock and scion held by the rootstock and scion supply apparatuses; and the blades, which protrude from and are installed on one side of the respective rotating bodies in the same direction as the axis of rotation so as to cut the rootstock and scion according to the rotation of the rotating bodies.
