Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying a skin cover for a thermo forming machine by including a heating member for heating a skin cover to be adhered to the interior material of a vehicle, comprising: a fixing frame formed inside of an apparatus for supplying a skin cover for the thermo forming machine; horizontal guides positioned inside the fixing frame, each pair of which is spaced from each other at a certain distance, and including horizontal rails and horizontal fixed ends fixed to the horizontal rails; vertical guides positioned in the fixing frame, each pair of which is spaced from each other at a certain distance, and including vertical rails and vertical fixed ends fixed to the vertical rails, the vertical guides being vertically provided at both sides and having rails; a plurality of horizontal movement clamps which clamp the skin cover, are provided to the horizontal rails at predetermined intervals, and are sequentially connected from the horizontal fixed ends to the vertical guides by horizontal link members; a plurality of vertical movement clamps which clamp the skin cover, are provided to the vertical rails at predetermined intervals, and are sequentially connected from the vertical fixed ends to the horizontal guides by vertical link members; a vertical movement means provided to the fixing frame so as to move the horizontal guides back and forth in the vertical direction; and a horizontal movement means provided to the fixing frame so as to move the vertical guides back and forth in the horizontal direction, wherein the skin cover expanded and stretched by the heating of the heating device can be expanded to a required length by stretching the same so as to be used instead of being thrown away.
