Abstract:
Provided are an apparatus, system and method for acquiring a quality of service parameter of a voice over Internet protocol service. The apparatus acquires a quality of service parameter of a VoIP service; the apparatus sends a quality parameter report of the VoIP service to a centralized processing device; and the quality parameter report of the VoIP service contains the quality of service parameter of the VoIP service, so that a network system obtains quality of service of a VoIP according to the quality parameter of the VoIP service, thereby further facilitating the control and adjustment of the network system by an operator based on the quality of service of the VoIP.
