Abstract:
The present application provides an apparatus for transferring a photovoltaic power station assembly cleaning device between arrays. The apparatus comprises a foundation layer and a cockpit. A stepped area is formed at the top of the foundation layer. A supporting table is fixedly connected to the middle of the stepped area. Multiple layers of photovoltaic assemblies are arranged on the supporting table in arrays. A chute is provided in the supporting table. The cockpit is slidably connected to the chute. A master control box is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cockpit. A built-in motor is fixedly connected into the master control box. A driving shaft is fixedly connected to one end of the built-in motor. A first rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the outer bottom part of the cockpit. A power gear is sleeved on the first rotating shaft. The driving shaft is connected to the first rotating shaft via a driving belt. Side plates are provided on both sides of the supporting table. Two sets of connecting blocks and two sets of long driving shafts are fixedly connected to the sides of the side plates away from the supporting table. A sweeping brush is arranged at the bottom end of each set of connecting blocks. A brushing roller is fixedly connected to the outer surface of each set of long driving shafts. The apparatus is labor-saving, and can reduce the cleaning cost of photovoltaic power station assemblies.
