Abstract:
The embodiments of the present invention relate to an apparatus for ultrasonic therapeutic treatment and to a method for driving the apparatus. The apparatus for ultrasonic therapeutic treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a scanline information-processing unit, which acquires Z-axis data indicating the depth of the point to be treated from the scanline image selected for the treatment of a patient and from patient diagnosis information, and which processes associated information; a comparing unit, which compares the acquired Z-axis data in real time with data related to the initial treatment point in an organ of the patient to determine whether or not the deviation of the Z-axis falls outside of a predetermined range; and a treatment parameter set unit which provides set information according to the variation in the Z-axis, and adjusts the level of treatment for the patient on the basis of the set information.
