Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus for the uniform sizing and shaping of textile yarns. The apparatus comprises a box body (2) fixedly connected to the upper end of a base (1), wherein a partition plate (3) is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the box body (2); the interior of the box body (2) is divided into a cleaning chamber (4) and a sizing chamber (5) by the partition plate (3); a sealing box (12) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the base (1); a vertical plate (13) is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the sealing box (12); the inner wall of the sealing box (12) is divided into a sliding plug chamber (14) and a liquid storage chamber (15) by the vertical plate (13); a liquid discharging box (16) is fixedly connected to the top in the sizing chamber (5); and a water pump (17) is fixedly connected to the bottom in the liquid storage chamber (15). In the apparatus for the uniform sizing and shaping of textile yarns, negative pressure is formed below the cleaning chamber (4) by means of the rotation of a negative-pressure impeller (23), such that burrs and impurities on bristles (9) are suctioned by means of a dust suction pipe (27), and the situation whereby cleaning the impurities on the yarns is affected by dirt on the bristles (9) is avoided; and by means of the rotation of a cam (37) and intermittent collision between the cam and the lower end of a vertical rod (29), a sliding plug (28) reciprocates up and down on the inner wall of the sliding plug chamber (14), such that a sizing liquid in a liquid collection frame (21) is pumped into the liquid storage chamber (15), and the sizing liquid in the liquid collection frame (21) can be recycled.
