Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus for winding and unwinding a pigment bottle sealing film. The apparatus comprises a vertical panel (1), and a film unwinding roller (3), a first guide roller (4), a second guide roller (5), a third guide roller (6), a fourth guide roller (7), a conveying roller pair (8) and a winding roller (9), which are fixed on the vertical panel (1), and of which axis lines are parallel to one another sequentially in the conveying direction of a sealing film (2), and further comprises a pushing device and a transferring device for the sealing film (2). The first guide roller (4), the second guide roller (5), and the third guide roller (6) are distributed in the shape of the Arabic numeral "7", the fourth guide roller (7) is arranged behind the third guide roller (6), and the axis lines of the fourth guide roller (7) and the third guide roller (6) are located on the same horizontal plane. The pushing device is arranged below the third guide roller (6) and the fourth guide roller (7), the sealing film (2) sequentially winds around the third guide roller (6), the front end of the pushing device, the rear end of the pushing device, and the fourth guide roller (7), and the sealing film (2) is fed into the conveying roller pair (8) after being turned by the fourth guide roller (7). The conveying roller pair (8) is arranged above the fourth guide roller (7), and a winding roller (9) is arranged above the conveying roller pair (8). The transferring device for the sealing film (2) is arranged on the edge of the vertical panel (1), which is in front of the pushing device.
