Abstract:
In a reader/writer apparatus using loop antennas to perform a non-contact communication,
the loop antennas are effectively used.There are included resonant frequency
changing means (C1,D1,C2,D2) for changing the resonant frequencies of the respective
loop antennas (E1,E2) when communication means (1,2,3) selectively use one
of the loop antennas so as to perform a non-contact communication. The control
means (1,2,3) controls the resonant frequency changing means such that the resonant
frequency of the loop antenna to be used for the non-contact communication is
different from that of the other one.
