Abstract:
[Problem] To inhibit oil splashed by a first rotating body from being scattered toward a second rotating body side and agitated. [Solution] An apparatus comprising: a case forming an oil bath for storing oil therein; a first rotating body which is located in the case and which has at least a part immersed in the oil in the oil bath; a second rotating body which is located in the case and which is provided on the radially outer side of the first rotating body; a first wall portion provided between the first rotating body and the second rotating body; and a second wall portion which is provided on the upper side of the first wall portion in the gravity direction and which extends toward a direction away from the first rotating body.
