Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of easily registering information necessary for inferring an appliance. An appliance inference device (10) of the present invention comprises an acquiring unit (11), a first storage unit (12), an analysis unit (13), an inference unit (14), and a second storage unit (15). The first storage unit (12) stores power information in which the power values of branch circuits (32) obtained from a measuring device (30) by the acquiring unit (11) are associated with time. When the power information stored in the first storage unit (12) satisfies a predetermined condition, the analysis unit (13) classifies the power information into a group corresponding to said condition. The inference unit (14) compares the power information in the group classified by the analysis unit (13) with appliance information stored in the second storage unit (15), thereby inferring the name of an electric appliance (20) corresponding to the group. The second storage unit (15) stores the appliance information associated with the name of the electric appliance (20).
