Abstract:
The present invention relates to an application of benflumetol and derivatives thereof in treatment of coronavirus infection, and specifically provides a compound represented by formula A, and uses of a stereoisomer, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a solvate or a hydrate thereof in preparation of drugs. The drugs are used for treating diseases or infection caused by coronavirus (preferably SARS-CoV-2).
