Abstract:
Disclosed is an application of zwitterionic capsular polysaccharide of Bacteroides fragilis combined with a PD-1 antibody and/or a PD-L1 antibody in the prevention and treatment of respiratory system tumors. According to the present invention, it is unexpectedly found that the zwitterionic capsular polysaccharide of Bacteroides fragilis, especially the zwitterionic capsular polysaccharide extracted from Bacteroides fragilis ZY-312 having a preservation number of CGMCC No. 10685, is used in combination with a PD-1 antibody/PD-L1 antibody, so that the proportion of immune cells and the level of immune factors can be regulated, the anti-tumor immune response of the body can be enhanced, and respiratory system tumors can be effectively prevented and treated.
