Abstract:
An application encryption method and device, relating to the technical field of computers. The method comprises: receiving a foreground operation request sent by an application, the foreground operation request comprising an identifier of a system account currently logged in a system (101); detecting whether the identifier is an identifier of a primary account of the system (102); if the identifier is not the identifier of the primary account, replacing the identifier with the identifier of the primary account (103); and determining an encryption rule for the application in the system in which the primary account is logged, and encrypting the application by using the encryption rule (104). The invention enables an application lock in a terminal to encrypt an application operating in a system in which a non-primary account is logged, and resolves the problem of a small application range of the application lock due to the fact that the application lock can only encrypt the application operating in the system in which the primary account is logged, thereby enlarging the application range of the application lock.
