Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of disease test kits, and provides an application of a reagent for measuring the content of calprotectin in faeces (faecal calprotectin) in preparation of a teratozoospermia screening kit. According to the present invention, by measuring the content of faecal calprotectin of different people, it is found that said content is significantly associated with teratozoospermia; a kit developed by means of the principle can implement quick and non-invasive screening of teratozoospermia, and has a good application prospect.
