Title:
APPLICATION OF SODIUM CAPRYLATE IN PREPARATION OF DRUG FOR IMPROVING CARDIO-PULMONARY RESUSCITATION EFFECT AND MULTIPLE ORGAN DYSFUNCTION SYNDROME AFTER CARDIO-PULMONARY RESUSCITATION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/065684
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an application of sodium caprylate in the preparation of a drug for improving a cardio-pulmonary resuscitation effect and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome after cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, relating to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparations. The drug for improving the cardio-pulmonary resuscitation effect and the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome after the resuscitation comprises sodium caprylate administered in a pharmaceutically effective dose. In the drug, the sodium caprylate is administered in a pharmaceutically effective dose, and the sodium caprylate is used for promoting fatty acid oxidation energy supply in the process of systemic ischemia reperfusion injury caused by cardiac arrest resuscitation, such that the cardio-pulmonary resuscitation effect and the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome after the resuscitation can be effectively improved.
