Abstract:
The present invention relates to an application of a tetracyclic compound in the treatment of tumors. Specifically provided is a use of a compound of formula I, an optical isomer or racemate thereof, a solvate thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a deuterated compound thereof, which is used for preparing a composition or a formulation, said composition or formulation being used for preventing and/or treating tumors. A compound of the invention has a uniquely advantageous precision treatment effect on tumors having low expression or no expression of the NNMT gene, high expression of a DNA methylase, high expression of UHRF1, a high NNMT gene nucleotide site methylation level, and/or a high NNMT gene region DNA CpG site methylation level.
