Abstract:
The present invention provides an apparatus for monitoring respiration patterns, the apparatus comprising: a respiration measurement unit for measuring the respiration pattern of a subject of interest by using a bioradar; an upper body detection unit for detecting the position and movement of the upper body of the subject of interest; a tilting unit for tilting the respiration measurement unit in at least one direction among the vertical direction and the horizontal direction; and a control unit for controlling the tilting unit such that the respiration measurement unit is moved to the position of the upper body of the subject of interest.
