Title:
APPROPRIATE OSMOTIC PRESSURE RANGE OF SOLUTION CONTAINING DRUG EFFECTIVE IN LYMPHATIC DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/045005
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an optimum formulation for intralymphatic administration containing a drug such as a pharmaceutical, cell, or nucleic acid to be used in a lymphatic drug delivery system. A drug-containing liquid formulation for delivering the drug to a target lymph node by a lymphatic drug delivery system, wherein the formulation for intralymphatic administration has an osmotic pressure of the liquid of 700-2700 kPa.
