Abstract:
An aptamer that targets CD206-positive cells, and an application thereof as a drug carrier, a test kit, a molecular probe, etc. The aptamer can combine with CCL18 siRNA to form an anti-tumor chimera that targets CD206-positive cells, synthesis and secretion of CCL18 cytokines can be significantly inhibited, the metastasis and invasion abilities of breast cancer cells are greatly reduced, and a new therapeutic approach is provided for advanced breast cancer. The aptamer and the chimera thereof have excellent specific targeting and affinity, and are safe and highly effective; and same can be produced at scale by means of artificial synthesis.
