Abstract:
The present invention pertains to an aqueous coating material composition characterized by containing, as main ingredients, a polyester resin having an acid value of not less than 30 mgKOH/g but less than 70 mgKOH/g, and a curing agent having a functional group which can undergo a crosslinking reaction with a carboxyl group. The aqueous coating material composition has excellent workability, can form a coating film having good curability and corrosion resistance, and can be preferably used in metal containers or metal lids of beverage cans, etc.
