Abstract:
An aqueous coating solution suitable for an eco solvent ink, and a method for preparing the aqueous coating solution. Based on 100 parts by weight of the aqueous coating solution, the weight ratios of raw materials of the aqueous coating solution are as follows: 25-40 parts of polyacrylic resin, 3-10 parts of polyketone resin, 10-20 parts of starch, 2-8 parts of a cross-linking agent, and 20-55 parts of deionized water. The aqueous coating solution does not require primer coating and is adapted for direct coating on a printing substrate, the drying speed is high, and the ink absorption performance is good; in the case of printing using the eco solvent ink, the problems of a low absorption speed and a poor ink absorption capability of a coating on a substrate are solved.
