Abstract:
Provided is an aqueous dispersion capable of forming a coating film that is superior in solvent resistance, antifouling property, and coherency with a base material. The aqueous dispersion is characterized by containing composite polymer particles, a polyisocyanate compound, and water, wherein the composite polymer particles are formed of a fluoropolymer (A) and an acrylic polymer (B), and either one or both of the fluoropolymer (A) and the acrylic polymer (B) include a hydroxyl group and a hydrolyzable silyl group.
