Abstract:
An aqueous electrolyte super capacitance battery, comprising a positive pole, a negative pole and an electrolyte, the positive pole using a carbon material that has a super capacitive property as an active substance, the negative pole using zinc as an electrode active substance, the electrolyte using an aqueous solution having a pH greater than 2.5. The present invention belongs to the field of electrochemical energy storage and has the characteristics of low cost, long cycle life, high power density, and high energy density. The battery is suitable for wind energy storage, solar energy storage, and grid energy storage, and for high power energy storage such as startup power supply.
