Abstract:
Provided is an aqueous ink that has excellent discharge stability and that makes it possible to record images that have excellent abrasion resistance. An aqueous inkjet ink that contains resin particles. The aqueous ink is characterized in that the resin particles are formed from a first resin and a second resin that each include carboxylic acid groups, the first resin being a polyester resin that does not have a cross-linking structure, and the second resin being a polyester resin and/or an acrylic resin that has a cross-linking structure, the cross-linking structure for the first resin and the second resin being 1–9 repeating alkylene oxide groups.
