Abstract:
An aqueous ink for use in screen printing, which comprises a pigment as a coloring agent and a condensate of an aromatic sulfonic acid and formaldehyde as a dispersant for the pigment, shows an ink viscosity of 500 mPa·s or lower at a shear stress of 10 Pa as measured under the condition that the shear stress is increased from 0 Pa to 10 Pa at a rate of 0.1 Pa/s at 23°C, and forms a thread of ink with a length of 30 mm or longer when a chromium steel ball with a diameter of 15 mm is drawn up from the ink at a speed of 150 mm/s at 23°C.
