Abstract:
An aqueous liquid composition, characterized in that it contains an alkali salt (alkali metal salt, alkaline earth metal salt or ammonium salt) of a compound represented by the following formula (1): (1) in the form of a free acid in an amount of 10 to 40 mass %, and also contains an inorganic salt in an amount of 1.1 to 10 mass %. The aqueous liquid composition can be produced with ease by the use of a process not involving a desalting step or the like, which has been included in a conventional process, and is excellent in storage stability and excellent in the effect of enhancing whiteness.
