Abstract:
An aqueous pigment-based ball-point ink having a white color tone, which has an oil absorption of not more than 25 g/100 g and comprises titanium oxide having an average particle diameter of not more than 400 nm, a water-soluble resin, a thickener, water, and a polar solvent. The ink can give drawings having intense colors, such as a white color or a poster color, independently of the color tone of writing paper, and can hide or retouch drawings printed by a writing instrument, a typewriter, a copying machine or the like.
