Abstract:

The aqueous vapor phase antirust solution comprises VCI vapor phase corrosion inhibiting powder and a liquid solvent. The liquid solvent comprises a mixed component and deionized water, wherein the mass ratio of the mixed component to the deionized water is 1:1. According to the aqueous vapor phase antirust solution, the VCI vapor phase corrosion inhibiting powder is dissolved in water to achieve the rapid vapor phase rust prevention effect, the aqueous vapor phase antirust solution is formed by compounding a plurality of non-toxic, nitrite-free, heavy metal-free, barium-free and environmental friendly vapor phase rust antirust agents, an antirust period is more than half a year, after researches, the antirust solution has a good effect on rust prevention of various metal surfaces, use is convenient, and the antirust solution is harmless to a human body and the environment. According to the preparation method for the aqueous vapor phase antirust solution, the process is simple, pollution discharge in the production process is avoided, a special high-speed reaction kettle is used for preparation, the production efficiency is greatly increased, and the preparation method is suitable for large-scale promotion.
