Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of improving the determination accuracy of the presence/absence of a mobile object in a target area. A detection unit detects the position of a mobile object (40) on the basis of the reception strength of radio signals (W10) transmitted to and received from the mobile object (40), and acquires mobile object position information. A first determination unit determines whether the mobile object (40) is present in the target area on the basis of the mobile object position information. An acquisition unit acquires a presence determination count (n), that is the number of presence determinations in which the first determination unit has determined that the mobile body (40) is present in the target area during a target period having a prescribed length (T). A second determination unit determines that the mobile body (40) was present in the target area during the target period if the presence determination count (n) is equal to or greater than a prescribed count (N), and determines that the mobile body (40) was not present in the target area during the target period if the presence determination count (n) is less than the prescribed count (N). A control unit controls the determination result or the determination process of the second determination unit by using one or more of the prescribed length (T), the prescribed count (N), and the time difference between the plurality of presence determinations during the target period.
