An aromatherapy assembly and an air conditioner having same. The aromatherapy assembly comprises a mounting part (21) and an aromatherapy module. The mounting part (21) comprises a box body (211) and a cover body (212), wherein the box body (211) and the cover body (212) form an accommodating cavity; at least one sub-accommodating cavity is provided inside the accommodating cavity; the at least one aromatherapy module is arranged inside the sub-accommodating cavity; a communicating structure (2123) is formed on the cover body (212); and by means of a relative movement therebetween, the box body (211) and the cover body (212) can make the communicating structure (2123) be aligned with different sub-accommodating cavities or different positions of the sub-accommodating cavity, such that a fragrance emitted by the aromatherapy module corresponding to the communicating structure (2123) enters a target space. By means of the relative movement between the box body (211) and the cover body (212), the communicating structure (2123) on the cover body (212) is aligned with different sub-accommodating cavities, such that the adjustment of the fragrance of the aromatherapy module can be achieved.
