Abstract:
Novel uses of aromatic ketone derivatives, especially as a remedy for frequent urination or urinary incontinence or as a calcium antagonist; and novel aromatic ketone derivatives suitable for these uses. Typically aromatic ketone derivatives represented by the following general formula (A) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof: wherein Ar represents optionally substituted indanyl or tetrahydronaphthyl (excluding 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-2-naphthyl); R¿1? and R¿2? are the same or different and each represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; m is 1 or 2; and B¿0? represents an optionally substituted imidazolyl, imidazolinyl, imidazolidinyl, or triazolyl group.
